Big News for the 1st and 7th Frome Scouts!
 
After years of incredible dedication, endless energy, and unforgettable camps, Dave Bird is stepping down from his role as Cub Leader. We cannot thank Dave enough for the massive impact he has had on our group and the memories he has helped create. He leaves behind some very big hiking boots to fill! 
 
Please join us in giving an incredibly warm welcome to our new Cub Leader... Curtis Shaddick

We are incredibly excited for this next chapter and the fantastic journeys ahead for the 1st and 7th Frome Scout Group.
 

Beavers (6-8yrs)🦫
Every week, they gather in groups called Beaver Colonies to hop, skip and jump their way through lots of different games and activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.
The Beavers meet on Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm.

Cubs (8-10½yrs)🐺
Cub Scout Packs are split into small groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging.
Our Cubs meet on Thursdays 6pm -7.30pm.

Scouts (Scouts 10½–14yrs)
Our Scout Troop consists of small units of six to eight Scouts called a Patrol, led by a Patrol Leader. Outdoor activities feature prominently, with the highlight being camping. Throughout the year, Scouts learn various skills, such as map reading, camp cooking and first aid in preparation for camp.
The Scout Section meets Monday’s 7.30pm till 9pm.
